But did come across this so I thought it might be something to read since it claims to have something to do with "Hell House". They tried being sneaky but I got it. The first footage used is from a show called “Morning Mysteries,” hosted by Suzy McCombs (Amanda Morales).The show highlights the mystery surrounding the hotel and interviews a town politician, Arnold Tasselman (Brian David Tracy), an over-the-top paranormal investigator/medium/TV personality, Brock Davies (Kyle Ingleman), and Mitchell (Vasile Flutu) a video tech who worked with reporter Diane Graves when she interviewed Sara in the first movie and proceeded to investigate the hotel. In real life, if we recovered amateur tour-goer footage from a tragedy like that, I felt it wouldn't be perfectly clear what happened but would shed some light on what might have happened. I knew what the scare was going to be — but it still made me jump and kind of freaked me when the scare was executed.The subtler creeps play on fans’ knowledge of found-footage films and what those stereotypically show as a blur near the edge of the frame, or something passing through a shot in the background. In 2011, the film's executive producers asked for a script revolving around a haunted attraction gone wrong.
