Love my new Accolade 37HJ. Wasted a year and half of repairs and none service I also appreciate how well outside noise is eliminated when camping in areas with outside noise.
Between the dealership service dept. We bought it cash and had to hire a company the dealer recommended to drive it to NJ. It is fun to drive and is a perfect size.

Our motorhome has been our home for 6 months a year. Other than these few small problems we are loving the Coach It rides well and has plenty of power. I will be a solo female and hate to admit it but not mechanically inclined. The last time we were at the the dealership, they said, "we can't figure it out...you'll have to call Jayco, yourself". Wall trim coming off near dinette
4 of the outside windows were coming loose and ready to fall maybe even on the road and this is a big safety issue for anybody around if they did break loose. We contacted Jayco and they are trying to arrange to have the coach looked at by an independent dealer 2 hours away from us. He called to get it replaced and they told him it was normal wear and tear and is NOT covered under warranty!!SERIOUSLY!!!!!! We have able to be out in very cold and hot conditions and the coach easily handled both maintaining very comfortable temps. 8.

I spent 3 months researching my next coach purchase. (La Mesa RV) and Entregra,we have been repeatedly lied to, nothing was ordered to repair our RV until the 26th of January . My father bought a 2020 Esteem Class C in August 2019. It has served us well.The 400 Cummins is strong and has no issue maintaining speed on all but the meanest mountains. -The only quality control issue I've had was the shower head support fell off. . Jayco still builds the best unit in the industry! .
-This is a Ford issue, but the cab door latch occasionally sticks.
Everything looks nice but I have had a lot of quality issues. I sold it because of the new equipment and electronics 2020. During the survey I told them I could not answer most of their questions because I had not been able to use it yet, because of these issues. Between the dealership service dept. These glass panels are just glued on and the wind and weather will cause the glue to lose it’s holding abilities. The screen for the Navigation, and side cameras is difficult to see but I just use the mirrors. The backup camera and radio is all I use on this unit. The only question for me is how long I will choose to keep the coach before I trade in or if I ever will. Entegra has by far been our best experience. Great group of people.
