Do not overwind. level 1 When it's fully wound there will be a distinct stop and you would really have to force it to wind it more.
It might be interesting to measure how long it runs after you wound it fully (say, 50 turns, just to be on the safe side).I remember about my previous Sea-gull with the ST-19, when you reach about 40-50 crown turns there would be a strong resistance from the mainspring preventing you from winding it further.I just wound mine for reference.
