The art is beautiful but...there isn't many words per frame, etc. It is a fantasy story with some nontraditional twists and a strong female protagonist, and the art work is beautiful. It's incredibly short and has very little text (I read it in under ten minutes), but Niode's profile on the last page is intriguing enough that I just bought volume 2. Without me giving too much away this story is about a girl named Niobe and she seems to be running from her past, from people. Original artwork by Herge, including the final spread from the Tintin story "King Ottokar's Sceptre," will go under the gavel April 30 in France. But it definitely is a good read and I will be getting the next installation. The romance in the story really bogged down everything else and was overly cliche. I may read this in the future, but I will have to wait for the trade. The story seems to start in the middle.
