)I think I can say I have a good reputation as a brand TM, so I love how I have a lot of independence and I can do my own thing without people checking up on me.Target's pretty flexible with hours and I can usually pick up a shift from a TL or TM if I'm far enough away from 40 hours. I went in early, it was around 8:30 AM.
